Lymphatic drainage is a method used to stimulate the lymphatic system for different purposes. This system is made up of a set of organs, ducts, ganglia and vessels that carry a fluid, the lymph, to the blood, and constitutes one of the central parts of the immune system.

Lymph is made up of white blood cells and a fluid with protein, fat, water, and carbohydrates. When difficulties arise in this system or you want to stimulate certain areas, you can resort to a massage known as lymphatic drainage.
