LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic drainage is a method used to stimulate the lymphatic system for different purposes. This system is made up of a set of organs, ducts, ganglia and vessels that carry a fluid, the lymph, to the blood, and constitutes one of the central parts of the immune system.
Lymph is made up of white blood cells and a fluid with protein, fat, water, and carbohydrates. When difficulties arise in this system or you want to stimulate certain areas, you can resort to a massage known as lymphatic drainage. Its applications are diverse, it is used in aesthetics for cellulite, for facial rejuvenation or for other disorders related to lymph.
Its purpose is to remove or stimulate with the manual technique of a professional, the flow of lymph.
